Shawn Delaney, commenced in the security industry as a sales consultant, in the early 80's working in the field of mobile patrols. In 1987 & 1990. Shawn managed a family based security company, which expanded into a medium sized guard and patrol service. The business was sold in 1990, and continued his career as a managing consultant.
Shawn has successfully re-built and structured security firms, to a national coverage and continues to provide assistance to security companies that either going through a phrase of financial hardship, or seeking to expand.
Today, Shawn has achieved to date a distinguished 22+ year career in the security industry, which has rewarded him a range of achievements across a wide variety of management roles, including qualifications in Government Services, Risk Management, Compliance Services, Industrial Relations and Training Services.
While providing a high level of consultancy services. Shawn's requisite experience and skills will give you an “outside window” looking into your security company, completely independent and with a number of options a nd opportunities.
