SECURITY COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS
Watchouse can develop and prepare a workplace collective agreement for your security staff. A collective agreement is similar to an AWA, except it covers the entire security staff.
An employee collective agreement is a written agreement made between an employer and the employees of your security firm. The basis of the agreement is to set out terms and conditions of employment.
Once an employee collective agreement starts to operate, it replaces any award that would otherwise apply. A collective agreement overrides employment conditions in state or territory laws, with the exception of state OH&S, Workers Compensation, Discrimination, Equal Opportunity or training arrangements.
Watchouse will provide a master copy of your agreement and then provide copies for all employees. We can also file the agreements with the Government Workplace Authority for approval. |
